Privacy Policy

SoloClose, a product of Dimalytics LLC ("SoloClose," "we," "us"), operates soloclose.com, where we sell flat-fee digital home-buying kits. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell and deliver our kits and answer your messages, we don't sell your personal information, and you can reach a human at hello@soloclose.com about any of it.

1. Information you give us

• Purchases. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details, name, and email; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your email, the product purchased, and the payment status so we can deliver your kit and provide support.
• Forms. If you join the newsletter, contact us, or apply as a partner, we receive what you submit (such as your name, email, business name, and message).
• Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.

2. Information collected automatically

• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you. It shows us aggregate page views and performance.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

3. Advertising tags

We do not currently run third-party advertising or social-media tracking pixels on this site. If we begin running advertising campaigns, we may add conversion-measurement tags (for example, Google Ads), which can use cookies or similar technologies to measure whether an ad led to a purchase. We will update this policy when that happens.

4. How we use information

• To deliver the kit you purchased and provide customer support.
• To respond to your messages and partner inquiries.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for — every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.
• To comply with legal obligations (like tax and accounting records).

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with the service providers that make the site work, and only for the purposes above:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — hosting, security, and cookieless analytics.
• Resend — sending transactional email (form deliveries, kit delivery).
• Google Workspace — our email inbox.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Your rights (including California residents)

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of today. To exercise any right, email hello@soloclose.com — we will verify the request using the email address associated with your records and respond within the time required by law.

7. Retention

We keep purchase records as long as needed for support, refunds, taxes, and accounting. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Correspondence is kept as long as it is useful for support. You can request deletion at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. We never store card numbers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we limit what we collect so there is less to protect.

9. Children

This site sells home-buying kits and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
