Privacy Policy

SoloClose, a product of Dimalytics LLC ("SoloClose," "we," "us"), operates soloclose.com, where we sell flat-fee digital home-buying kits. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell and deliver our kits and answer your messages, we have never sold your personal information for money, and you can reach a human at hello@soloclose.com about any of it.

1. Information you give us

• Purchases. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details, name, and email; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your email, the product purchased, and the payment status so we can deliver your kit and provide support.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.

2. Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

3. Work you save inside your kit

The kits are working tools. In them you type dates and deadlines, the address and price of the house, the names and phone numbers of the people on your transaction, and free-text notes about it. That work is saved in your own browser first, which is what keeps the tools instant and usable with no connection.

Browsers delete that kind of storage on their own. Safari removes it after seven days without a visit, and a purchase runs 30 to 45 days — so the honest outcome, for a buyer doing nothing wrong, was that their file could disappear in the middle of their purchase. We therefore also keep a copy on the account you bought with, so it survives, and so a second device can see the same file. That copy contains the fields you typed and nothing else. Documents you attach are not included — those stay in your browser and are never sent to us.

You can delete that copy at any time from inside your kit, or by emailing hello@soloclose.com. Deleting it removes it from your account and leaves the work in your own browser alone.

4. Advertising and conversion measurement

We advertise on Google. When the Google Ads tag is running on the public pages of this site, it loads Google's gtag.js from googletagmanager.com, sets Google's first-party conversion-linker cookies in your browser (the _gcl_* family), and reports the page you are on together with the click identifier Google appends to our ad links if that is how you arrived. This is what tells us whether an ad we paid for went anywhere. Google receives that data and uses it for advertising measurement and optimization across its own network, which is why we treat it as "sharing" — see Section 7.

Two events are sent on top of that, and nothing else:

• Checkout started. When you click a buy button, a "begin checkout" event is sent. It carries no purchase amount and nothing you typed, and it fires at most once per browsing session.
• Purchase. Once, on the confirmation screen you land on after paying, we send the purchase amount, the currency, and your Stripe checkout session ID (so a page refresh cannot count the sale twice).

We do not run a Meta/Facebook pixel, a TikTok pixel, LinkedIn Insight, or any other advertising or social-media tracker. If that changes, this section changes with it.

5. How we use information

• To deliver the kit you purchased and provide customer support.
• To respond to your messages.
• To measure whether our advertising works, as described in Section 4.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.
• To comply with legal obligations (like tax and accounting records).

6. Who we share information with

These run the site for us. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for anything of their own:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — hosting and security.
• Google Workspace — our email inbox.

One recipient does not belong in that group. Google receives your activity on this site through the advertising tag in Section 4, and uses it for measurement of its own. That is why Section 7 treats this as sharing and gives you a way to say no.

We have never sold your personal information for money, and we do not hand your name, email, or phone number to real-estate agents, lenders, or any other company for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Your rights (including California residents)

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To exercise any right, email hello@soloclose.com — we will verify the request using the email address associated with your records and respond within the time required by law.

Do not sell or share. We do not sell personal information for money. The Google advertising tag in Section 4 is the closer call: it sends your activity on this site to a company that uses it for advertising measurement across its own network. Rather than argue about whether that counts as "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising," we treat it as if it does. Email hello@soloclose.com with the subject line "Do not sell or share" and we will action it.

Plainly, what that request does and does not do: we log it, mark any record matching your email so it is excluded from any sharing, and delete your record if you ask. It does not reach into your browser. The advertising tag runs there, and it is keyed to a click, not to your email address, so the way to switch it off at the source is on your end — block advertising tags in your browser or with an extension, or turn off ad personalization in your Google account settings.

8. Retention

We keep purchase records as long as needed for support, refunds, taxes, and accounting. Correspondence is kept as long as it is useful for support. The copy of your saved work described in Section 3 is kept while your kit is active and until you delete it. You can request deletion at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. We never store card numbers. Your saved work is tied to the account you bought with and is reachable only by a signed-in session on that account. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we limit what we collect so there is less to protect.

10. Children

This site sells home-buying kits and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
