Terms of Service
Last updated: August 25, 2026
These terms govern your use of soloclose.com and your purchase of any SoloClose kit. SoloClose is a product of Dimalytics LLC. By using the site or buying a kit, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask us first: hello@soloclose.com.
1. What SoloClose is — and is not
SoloClose is not a law firm and is not a real-estate brokerage. We sell educational, self-help materials and document tools. Buying a kit does not create an attorney-client relationship with SoloClose or an agency relationship of any kind. Our materials are not legal, financial, or tax advice.
The Full Close tier adds a dated deadline calendar with calendar-file export, a state disclosure checklist, a document tracker, and a deadline consistency checker. It is software. It organizes and computes from the information you enter. No kit includes legal representation or document review by an attorney, and SoloClose does not provide, arrange, or refer legal services. If you engage an attorney, you retain and pay that attorney directly, and SoloClose takes no share of that fee.
2. The products
SoloClose kits (The Process, The Deal Kit, and The Full Close) are digital products sold for a one-time flat fee. Each tier includes everything in the tier below it. Kit contents are tailored to the state you tell us you are buying in.
3. Purchase and delivery
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars. A kit is not a file we mail you: it is access to your account, where the steps, the tools, and any documents your tier includes are generated for you and stay available.
- Access is immediate. Stripe sends us the confirmed payment, we create your account against the email you used at checkout, and the page you land on after paying signs you straight in. There is nothing to wait for and nothing to download from an email.
- You also get a sign-in link by email, sent to that same address, so you can come back on any device later.
- If you close the tab before signing in, or the email does not show up, check spam first, then email hello@soloclose.com and we will make it right. Your purchase is recorded the moment Stripe confirms it, whether or not the email reaches you.
- Your kit is tailored to the state and the details you enter after you sign in, so some of it does not exist until you answer those questions.
4. Refunds
Every kit comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, email hello@soloclose.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full to your original payment method.
A refund ends the access it paid for: when the refund is processed, the tier it covered is removed from your account. Anything you downloaded or printed before then is yours to keep, and the license in Section 5 still governs how you may use it.
5. License and acceptable use
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the kit for your own home purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share kit materials, or use them to provide services to others. All site content and kit materials are owned by SoloClose or its licensors.
6. No guarantees about outcomes
Buying a home involves many parties and decisions we don't control. We do not guarantee that you will complete a purchase, save any particular amount of money, have an offer accepted, or achieve any specific result. Any figures on this site are illustrations based on stated assumptions, not promises. Real estate law and practice vary by state and change over time; you are responsible for confirming that any document or step is right for your specific transaction, and for engaging licensed professionals where required or prudent.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and kits are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in this section limits the refund promise in Section 4.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoloClose's total liability for any claim arising out of the site or a kit is limited to the amount you paid us for that kit. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or losses related to a real-estate transaction. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. The site
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. You agree not to misuse the site — including scraping at scale, attempting to breach security, or interfering with its operation.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Changes apply prospectively — the terms in effect when you purchased govern that purchase.
